Thank you for choosing BL Aesthetics! To provide the highest level of care and ensure appointment availability for all clients, please take note of our booking policy.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice — your deposit will be transferred to your new booking.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited. Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice (no-shows) will forfeit their deposit. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require full payment in advance for future bookings.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their treatment shortened or rescheduled, depending on availability.
Our booking policy allows us to reserve dedicated time for each client and continue providing exceptional service. Thank you for your understanding, cooperation and support. ♡
