Our Policies

Clear, simple guidelines that keep our studio calm, professional and fair to every client.

1. Booking & Deposits

All bookings are made via +27 75 158 9236. A deposit is required to confirm and hold your appointment.

2. Cancellation Policy

Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit.

3. Late Arrivals

If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled to avoid delays for other clients.

4. No-Show Policy

Clients who miss appointments without notice may be required to pay 100% upfront for future bookings.

5. Medical Disclosure

Clients must complete a consultation form and disclose any medical conditions, medications, or skin issues before treatment. This is especially important for laser treatments.

6. Contraindications (Laser Treatments)

You cannot be treated if you are pregnant, have active skin infections or open wounds, recent sunburn or excessive tanning, or are on certain medications (e.g. Roaccutane).

7. Results Disclaimer

Results vary per individual. Multiple sessions are required for optimal results, especially for laser hair removal.

8. Children & Guests

No extra guests or children unless being treated, to maintain a calm and professional environment.

9. Payments

Full payment is due after treatment. We accept card or cash.

10. Refund Policy

No refunds on services rendered. Packages are non-refundable but may be transferable.
